Triducive & Novartis put Agile into practice

Triducive and Novartis joined forces at a PM Society event today to champion the value of Pharmaceutical companies taking an Agile approach to marketing.

Novartis’s Ollie Roberts and Theodora Montsenigou spoke candidly to a packed auditorium at the Royal Society of Medicine about how working with Triducive and Earthware to adopt and embed an Agile approach at Novartis has led to increased productivity, efficiency, and cross-functional accountability as they continue to strive to deliver patient outcomes.
